Haircash for Chanel by Loro Piana, 100% Cashmere, 300 meter/100 gram. This yarn is an exceptional brushed bouclé-style cashmere with a soft, lightly haloed texture that adds depth without bulk. Wonderfully warm yet refined, it offers excellent meterage, making it ideal for elegant garments and accessories where lightness and drape matter. This quality was used both in Chanel knitwear collections and in Loro Piana’s Cocooning collection, reflecting the highest standards of luxury and material excellence. Sourced from Italian knitwear ateliers, the yarn is upcycled from surplus production, preserving premium fibers while reducing waste. The swatch was knitted on 4 mm needles for a softly structured fabric, though 3–3.5 mm needles are recommended for most projects to achieve a more tailored finish and highlight the bouclé texture.
